Priyanka Chopra imitates Vidya Balan in fat suit..Too funny

Priyanka Chopra has parodied Vidya Balan's The Dirty Picture role by performing in a fat suit.The Don 2 star wore a padded outfit with a South Indian-styled dress for a sketch at the Zee Cine Awards in Macau.
Although Balan herself took the performance in good humour, some commentators questioned Chopra's wearing of the fat suit.

Celebrity blogger Filmi Girl wrote: "Look, Bollywood. I recognise that Vidya Balan in The Dirty Picture does not have the size-zero bikini-body that you think all women starve themselves into.

"However, that is no excuse to dress up Priyanka Chopra in a fat suit in a medley of the popular films of the year."


She went on to add: "Just when I think that Bollywood has hit the bottom of the barrel and can't get any worse, they blow the bottom out of the barrel. A fat suit? Really? If Vidya in The Dirty Picture is considered laughably obese, what hope is there for the rest of us?"

Balan said last year that she had to gain 10kg to play the part of Silk Smitha in the film.
In a rare show of camaraderie, Vidya showed no signs of getting offended by Priyanka's spoof on her, rather, the versatile actress took the whole thing in a very sporty manner and after the act personally went to tell Piggy Chops that it looked very funny.

"Vidya takes it in a good spirit. I wore a fat suit to imitate her. After the act she herself told me how funny it looked. She wasn't offended at all. She is extremely sporting," Priyanka said.

However, Piggy Chops dismissed all rumours stating that Vidya took it all in good spirit and even told her how funny she looked in the fat suit!
