Body Guard was the Remake of the Malayalam flick BodyGuard which released in the year 2010 starring Dileep & Nayanatara as lead roles.It was also Remade in Tamil as Kaavalan starring Vijay & Asin which was a huge Hit.Now it's the time for the Hindi version to kickk of the screens as Salman & Kareena in lead roles
Story : The entire story of the flick turns around Lovely Singh(Salman Khan) who is a professional Bodyguard. He was appointed as the BodyGuard for Kareena Kapoor who was the daughter of Sartraj Rana who is a business tycoon. Lovely was a strange person to protect himself as Brave & risk taking and he loves his uniform and other such antics which makes Divya (Kareena) ridicule in her college.She then decides to distract Lovely by calling him using a Private number acting as a Misterious lover which makes Lovely Upside-down and he truly falls in love with that Mysterious girl. From here the story takes some Twist's and turns by finding the Misterious girl.
Performences : Once again Salman khan has given his mark of comedy in this flick ,and he was on a full swing and energy in the flick. Kareena was Awesome and Goreous in the tradational dresses too. Hazel Keech was also Good in her character. Katrina has Sizzled in a Cameo.Raj Babbar,Aditya Pancholi,Mahesh Manjrekar, Vidya Sinha were good in their respective roles
Technical Aspects : Himesh Reshamiya & Pritam have provided excellent music tracks,Background by Sandeep Shirodkar was good. Screenplay was good in the first half but in second half it got messed up. Siddique was good in getting the entertaiment scenes but he failed in narrating the second half. Sejal Shah was good with the photography.Fights by Vijayan were not nantural but it can attract the mass audience. Sanjay Sankal's editing was also good. Production values were also good
Our verdict : First half of the movie look's a little bit boring,Interval bang was good. Second half was a bit better than the first. Plus point's were the Lead Cast ,Music & Cinematography.On the other side Screenplay lacks and it was not Engaging and lack's narration. But BodyGuard can still attract's the family Audience and it was a worth watch MOVIE
