Is it bias or simply the fact that we as a audience and also the
Telugu cinema fraternity to be blamed for this debacle. There is a
lot of introspection that we must do.One of the main reasons is
the general perception in India at large that Telugu cinema is a b-
grade factory that churns out a lot of movies in the name of
mainstream commercial cinema.
We have seen our industry fellowmen congratulating
Vetrimaran,Dhanush & prakash rah etc.But none of them seem to
have a fire in the belly to winone.AR Rehman had that fire to win
an Oscar all his life and that fire helped him to strive harder and
brought him lot of national awards before finally reached his goal.
But all of us here are just satisfied with making quick money and
really not bothered about the pride of our cinema.
